1. Introduction
This Just Bob Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use and share information about you when you access or use Just Bob:
a) (i) websites, portals, applications (including mobile applications), channels, software and widgets (including embedded on sites owned by third parties) and (ii) social media pages and channels (collectively, the “Websites “); And.
b) any services, features, media, functions, contents, tools and links contained or offered through the Web Sites (collectively, the “Services”).
We may also post other privacy policies or statements on our websites or services, where applicable. To the extent that such other privacy policies or statements conflict with this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy will prevail over the extent of the conflict with respect to the Services.
From time to time, we may make changes to this Privacy Policy. When we make such changes, we will do our best to notify you by email, push notification or in-app notification or a prominent notice on our websites.
Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings defined in the Just Bob Terms of Use.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect certain types of information in order to better provide our websites and services:
1. Information provided by the user: we collect information provided by the user, for example:
Account Information: If you create an account on any of our websites or services (a “user account”), you can submit personal information such as full name, email address, home address, telephone number, postcode, gender, profile biography and date of birth. Some users may also submit their (i) age verification means (e.g., driver’s license) or (ii) medical marijuana recommendation, including doctor’s name and license number, contact information, verification methodology and verification number (“Medical Marijuana Information”).
Public Content: The information you contribute or post on our websites or services (“Public Content”) is intended for public consumption, including your reviews, suggestions, photos, videos, check-ins, comments, likes, posts, events, bookmarks, friends, lists, compliments and user account name and profile photo.
Transaction information – Orders: If you initiate a transaction via the website, you can send us personal information such as your name, date of birth, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, delivery address, email address and cards of identity.
Transaction Information – Other Requests: From time to time, we may make certain promotional campaigns available or request your participation in surveys or advocacy initiatives and require participants to provide certain personal information, such as full name, telephone number, postal address, e-mail address and professional information.
2. Information created when you use our website:
Transaction information: If you initiate a transaction via the website in addition to the information you provide us directly, we also automatically collect certain information, such as the date and time when the transaction was initiated or the status of the transaction changes.
Location Information: We collect information about your precise or approximate geographic location with your consent, for example when you press a “Locate Me” button. We may collect this information from your mobile device if you have enabled this feature. Some of our Services, such as our WM Driver app, will not work without permission to track your location. We may also collect your approximate location or IP address from your browser using cookies or other web technologies and infer your location from other information we have collected.
Other navigation and device information: We automatically collect information about you when you use the Websites and Services. In addition to the transaction and location information described above, the information we automatically collect includes log data and device information including browser type, domain name, website that brought you to our websites, the website you go to after leaving our websites, the dates and times you access our websites, your device ID and your browsing activities within our websites or services (e.g. links you click on, searches you perform, date and time of your visit or order, the amount of time you spend on specific pages, the companies call, email or chat using our websites or services, including our mobile applications and orders and purchases made through our websites or services). Communications: From time to time, you may contact Just Bob customer support or contact us otherwise; or exchange messages with other Just Bob users. Messages exchanged via the Website are saved. If you send or receive messages via the Website or via SMS, in addition to saving the messages, we may record the telephone numbers, telephone operators and the date and time the messages were processed. We may also store the information you provide when you communicate with us, including phone calls, letters, emails and other electronic messages, or in person.
3. Information collected from other sources:
Third Party Service Providers: Some of our third-party service providers will collect information directly from you and will share some of that information with us. For example, if you place an order for Just Bob clothing using a credit card, Shopify will provide us with payment details such as the type of credit card used and the name on the card. Other third-party service providers will collect information about you via cookies or other web technologies and will share that information with us. Other Third-Party Sources: If you create a user account using a third-party login service (such as Facebook, Google or Apple), the third-party login service provider will share personal information about you such as your name and address email to allow us to create a user account for you. Other third parties who use our paid or free Services may allow us to collect information about your use of their websites or share that information with us. For example, if you use a Just Bob embedded trademark or dispensary map tool, WM Orders widget or other Service on a third-party website, we may receive information about your use of that tool, widget or other Service. Additionally, we may acquire information about you from third party sources and combine it with the information we hold about you.
4. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
• Process your request for Services, products or information;
• Provide you with customer support;
• Provide you with personalized offers;
• Promote the Websites and Services;
• To improve, update and enhance our Websites and Services;
• Analyze system administration, debug and identify repairs and back up our systems to enable disaster recovery;
• Detect security incidents and protect, investigate, prevent and potentially take action against possible deceptive, fraudulent, unauthorized, harmful or illegal activities;
• Pursue any specific purposes for which we have obtained your consent;
• Comply with applicable legal requirements and protect our legal rights and the legal rights of our users and other third parties, including the enforcement of our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy and any other policies governing access or using any of our websites or services; And

5. How we share your information
We generally do not share your personal information, except in the following limited circumstances:
1. We may share your personal information upon your request, including with third parties as by participating in one of our campaigns, such as a referral campaign, you direct us to share your information as intended in that campaign.
2. We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf. For example, we may share your information to provide some of the features and services available through our websites or services, such as communications and hosting services, network security, technical and customer support, monitoring and reporting functions, warranty testing. quality, payment processing, marketing and promotional features, identification verification, product listings and brand management.
3. In the event that Just Bob is or may be acquired or merged with another company or involved in any other business deal (or negotiation of a business agreement) involving the sale or transfer of all or part of our business or of our assets, we may transfer or assign your information as part of or in connection with the transaction and such merged buyer or entity may subsequently use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, when you place an order on the site you share your payment information with Shopify, who processes the payment on our behalf. For example, we may disclose the number of users who have been exposed or clicked on advertisements or certain products available on the Websites or Services, or the general characteristics of those users.

We may disclose information from or about you to government officials, law enforcement or private individuals if we believe that such disclosure: (i) is reasonably necessary to comply with federal, state or local legal process and the instructions and orders of legally binding law enforcement agencies, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, prosecution or other legal process notified to us; (ii) is useful for preventing, investigating or identifying possible wrongdoing in relation to our Websites or Services; or (iii) protects our rights, reputation, property or those of our users, affiliates, customers, partners or the public. We may disclose your information if we believe this is appropriate or necessary to prevent any liability, or fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use, or to protect Just Bob, our websites and services, or any right, property,

We may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, local shared objects such as HTML5, advertising identifiers (including mobile identifiers such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) and similar technologies in connection with the use of our websites or services. Additionally, we may allow third parties to incorporate their SDKs, cookies or other third-party technologies into our websites and services to perform services on our behalf, such as analytics or advertising services.

Your right to access and manage your information
You have the right to access, review, correct or update the information you provide to us as part of your registration for a User Account with our Websites or Services.
You can exercise this right and manage your information by directly updating your user account or by sending us a data request according to our Data Requests section below. You are responsible for the information you provide to us, and you should maintain the accuracy of the personal information in your user account so that we can best provide you with products and services.
You may also be able to prevent our use of certain location data via your device or browser settings, for example by disabling “Location Services” for the Just Bob application in the iOS privacy settings. Please note, however, that disabling the Location Services may adversely affect your experience with the functionality of our websites or Services and enabling such services may be necessary in some cases to allow certain transactions.
Your right to have your information deleted
You have the right to delete certain personal information that you provide to us as part of your registration for a user account with our websites or services, or that you submit via our websites or services. Please note that we need this information to provide account management and access, and if you choose to delete the information, you may not be able to take advantage of some features of our websites and services. If you choose to delete your information, you can exercise this right by sending us a data request according to our Data Requests section below. We will never discriminate against you if you choose to exercise these rights.
In some circumstances, we may retain information about you for legitimate business or legal purposes, or for any purpose authorized by this Privacy Policy, unless prohibited by law. For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate or identify possible wrongdoing in relation to our websites or Services, or to comply with legal obligations. Additionally, you cannot delete information associated with past purchases because we and third-party companies listed on our websites or Services may be required to keep records of purchases for a specified period under federal, provincial, state or applicable local. Data requests
If you wish to access, modify or delete any personal information, please submit a written request for data by contacting us according to our Contact Information section below.
We will take steps we deem necessary to verify your identity before proceeding with your data request. For example, we may ask you for information contained in your records that you could reasonably expect to know. We cannot disclose personal information following a data request to anyone other than the individual in question.
Once any questions relating to the requested information have been resolved, copies of the information will be sent to you electronically where possible or, if this is not technically possible, by post.
If you submit multiple data requests and these data requests are excessive or manifestly unfounded, we will charge you $ 20.00 to cover the administrative costs involved in handling each data request. In extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse your data requests if they are excessive or manifestly unfounded.
We will endeavor to respond to correct and confirmed requests for data within thirty (30) days, or as otherwise required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with the way your data request has been handled, you can refer your data request to your state (if in the United States) or to the country’s data protection authority. In the European Economic Area (EEA), any such request must be addressed to the competent data protection authority in the EU Member States and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
Your right to cancel or modify marketing communications
You have the right to cancel or modify the email marketing communications you receive from us. You can exercise this right by following the instructions contained in our promotional emails or, in some cases, by logging into your User Account and changing your communication preferences. Please note that this will not affect subsequent or different subscriptions – if you opt-out preferences are limited to certain types of emails, the opt-out will be limited.
While you may manage some of your email preferences, please note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative, transactional or legal messages from Just Bob that we may send during legitimate business if you are registered for a user account and / or use certain features. However, such advertisements can be terminated by asking us to close your user account.
Your rights as a consumer
As a Consumer you have certain rights relating to your personal information. You have the right to request the following information from us: (1) the specific personal information we have collected about you; (2) the categories of personal information we have collected about you; (3) the categories of sources from which your personal information is collected; (4) the categories of personal information that we have sold or disclosed for commercial purposes; (5) the categories of third parties to whom your personal information has been sold or disclosed for commercial purposes; and (6) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.
You also have the right to request that we delete all your personal information that we have collected from you and held, subject to some exceptions. Once we have received and confirmed your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not “sell” the personal information we collect and will not sell it without providing you with the opportunity to opt out.
However, California law defines “sale” in a broad sense so that the term sale may include the use of targeted advertising we use on the Services or how third-party services are used on our Services. Like most online publishers, we use these services to enable us to provide you with the relevant Services and offers, including at your request.
