Find out all the details about CBD vape and cbd liquids for e-cigarettes.
You have probably heard of vape CBD but do you know what it is? CBD e-Cigarette and e-Liquids are created for the vaporization of cannabidiol. It is a handy way to enjoy the benefits of this active ingredient in CBD cannabis, also contained in CBD oil.
CBD is still at the centre of much scientific research studying its effects on the human body. The primary interest of medicine in this regard is the many properties that this (non-psychoactive) cannabinoid possesses, including the following:
- Antispasmodic
- Anxiolytics
- Anti-inflammatory
- Antiepileptics
- Antiemetics
As you can see, this is a vast potential that could be exploited for fundamental purposes, but in this article, we will limit ourselves to talking about the CBD vape.
Let’s go and discover it together!
CBD e-liquids characteristics and peculiarities.
The growth of the electronic cigarette market in the Western world has had an enormous impact over the last 10 years, to the point where it has more than 40 million users in Europe alone. However, the concept of the CBD e-liquid is a relatively recent one and was born out of a collaboration between CBD weed producers and the steamboat industry.
CBD liquids can have different concentrations of cannabidiol depending on the product and are one of the alternatives to tobacco smoke. The components of all e-liquids for electronic cigarettes are mainly:
- Vegetable glycerol
- Propylene glycol
- Aromas
Some liquids may contain nicotine, which is useful for quitting smoking, and sometimes small percentages of doubly distilled water. Just like nicotine, CBD can also be included in the recipe of the e-liquid, but it can also be taken by spraying! However, manufacturers advise against the joint use of CBD and nicotine to avoid interactions that are still little known.
The higher the percentage of CBD present in the liquid, the greater the typical effects of this active ingredient in legal weed. The best cannabidiol e-liquids contain pure liquid CBD. It is obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction from the legal cannabis plant, thus eliminating impurities such as waxes, terpenes, THC and chlorophyll.

What is the difference between CBD oil and CBD e-liquids?
Not everyone knows that CBD vapour products are very different from CBD oil. We will now explain why. We have just seen what a cannabidiol liquid for electronic cigarettes is made of, so let’s now look at the ingredients of the CBD oil.
The substantial difference lies in the solvent base: while in the first case we have propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and flavourings, in the case of CBD oil we have a vegetable oil base in which the cannabidiol is dissolved, like that of the coconut in CBD Oil Sensitiva and in CBD oil Sativa.
As for CBD oil, the extraction of the cannabinoid from the CBD buds plant can be done in different ways:
- Supercritical CO2
- Cold pressing
- Infiltration of vegetable oils in cannabis CBD flowers
In the first case, there will be no trace of THC, while in the other modalities a minimum percentage may remain in the finished product. In any case below the threshold tolerated by law (0.6%).
The two products are intended for totally different uses. CBD e-liquids are created for vaporization, while CBD oil is produced for aromatherapy and body massages.
You must avoid putting CBD oil in an electronic cigarette, as it could ruin the device or, if inhaled, compromise your health. If you want to do so, use the appropriate e-liquids without adding nicotine.

Is it legal to buy Vape CBD products in Europe?
If you’re wondering, you’ve probably heard rumours about legal cannabis products and want to understand better what European law says about them. As things stand, the sale and purchase of CBD cannabis derivatives are legal as long as they have a THC content of less than 0.2% (with a tolerance of up to 0.6%) and are therefore ineffective doping.
Tetrahydrocannabinol is known to impair the senses of those who take it, but this is not the case with legal cannabis products. The irrationality and possible presence of THC in legal cannabis derivatives are cancelled out by the CBD charge present in them, thanks to its ability to attenuate psychoactive effects.
It follows that the purchase of CBD e-liquids for electronic cigarettes is not prohibited by law, as is the purchase of all other products that can be bought in CBD online shop such as JustBob.
